David Bowie reimagined to celebrate 90 years of Royal Flying Doctors in Australia

On Saturday 13th October, an aeroplane hanger at Jandakot airport will be transformed in what will be the ball of the year! ALTITUDE Ball is an annual event celebrating and fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctors Service Australia, who this year, celebrate 90 years of saving lives across the country.

To mark this momentous occasion, PSO has chosen to reimagine the music of David Bowie – who’s music was ahead of his time and changed the lives of millions – which is fitting for such an iconic organisation such as the Royal Flying Doctor’s Association heading into an exciting new future.

Perth Symphony Orchestra is proud showcase and work with the incredible talent Western Australian has to offer, including Katy Steele (Little Birdie), Justin Burford (End of Fashion, Coco Blu), conductor Jessica Gethin and the rest of our outstanding musicians.

Congratulations, RFDS, 90 years is an incredible achievement.
