Perth Symphony was founded in 2011 and is known as the orchestra that breaks the rules. With over 220 musicians regularly employed by us, we are creating a home for WA talent.

We play in places and spaces you’d never expect to find an orchestra, from sheds to warehouses, foyers to art deco cinemas and aeroplane hangers! We perform music from Mozart to Metallica, Björk to Beethoven and everything in between. Our mission is ‘Music for Everyone’ and by taking the orchestra out of the concert hall and into communities across WA, we are proud to have performed to over 250,000 people so far. Stay tuned, as this is just the beginning!

Thank You!

Tonight’s concert could not be possible without these fantastic people… To Mardie and the team at Mardie & Co. for styling our pre-show area and for organising the fabulous dancers at tonight’s concert.

A special mention to Sonja Andrews for assisting with costumes. and Cara Fesjian for having such a beautiful American accent and providing our voice-overs for the night.

Thank you to our publicist Harvey Rae for his amazing work and to Ezereve for the interval entertainment.

Thank you to the amazing team at the Astor Theatre and Ticketek who are always so accommodating.

Finally a monumental thank you to our incredible team of volunteers, without whom our performances would not be possible.
